a. Revisit “long” committee Position Statement (additional clarity requested)
b. Norm: Check in with all four Towns re: approval of Joint Resolution
c. JDA: contents, timeline for draft (solar construction: Mid 2028) (Becky: discuss other Towns’ legal counsel for JDA. Stan Riffle, Municipal Law in Waukesha-Mark Cook recommended) (Sam, what did you learn from Juneau County?)
d. RUA: contents, timeline for draft (solar construction: Mid 2028) (Becky: discuss companies other Towns used to document their roads)
e. Norm/Randy: Committee MOA/MOU: contents (Share costs: Proj. Coord., Legal Counsel, Road Documentation, etc.)
f. Randy: costs incurred for La Prairie/Harmony before solar installation (how to budget this)
7. Becky: EDP Answers to 8.5.26 questions
8. Larry: PSC application guidelines – what did you learn?
