(This is a working committee meeting where committee members discuss their assigned topics pertaining to the solar installation planned by EDP Renewables in the Towns of Dunkirk, Porter, Fulton, and Albion.
The public may attend, observe, and make comment at the end of the meeting.

Review Code of Conduct for 4Town Solar Project Joint Committee meetings 6. Distribute and review each additional document/resource for committee notebook 7. Speaker: Rick Coelho, Rural Energy Campaign Manager, Clean Wisconsin 8. Tasks assigned at 9.17.26 meeting ○ Larry: Review IGA - Town Boards’ and attorneys’ input (handout) ○ Norm: Check with all four Towns re: approval of Joint Resolution - discuss distribution ○ Matt Boor: Report on EDPs stance on Agrivoltaics 9. Becky: Public Comment at committee meetings in the future 10. Board Comment 11. Project Coordinator Comment 12. Future Agenda Items/to-dos, scheduling speakers 13. Next meetings: ● Continue to meet every two weeks? ● Porter would like to host our next meeting - Confirm ● Wednesday, October 14 - Fulton Town Hall (Dunkirk, you have Plan Commission at same time) ● Wednesday, October 28 - Dunkirk Town Hall (Fulton-you have budget mtng 5pm; Dunkirk, RPP meets at 7pm. Can they meet in Kathy’s offc?) 14. Public Comment - 3 minutes per person
