DOT Local officials meeting and notice

The Wisconsin Department of Transportation invites you to attend the Local Officials Meeting(LOM) on March 31st  to discuss the proposed improvements to WIS 138 starting at WIS 59 up to Milwaukee Street in Stoughton. The meeting is scheduled to be a virtual Microsoft teams meeting held Monday March 31st from 5PM - 6PM. This meeting will go over all the information that will be discussed with the public during the public involvement meeting, and discuss project timelines and future concerns for the project. We look forward to any feedback you can provide before we present this information to the public  in the future.

 

The purpose of this project is to improve the condition of pavement on WIS 138 and to improve safety along the corridor. Some improvements will include Turn lanes at County A/Aaker Rd, tree clearing at Hogie Road, and guardrail improvements.
